Which states does CannaComply Pro support?
CannaComply Pro currently supports 35+ states with active cannabis programs. Our compliance checklists are built to match each state's specific regulations and are updated when rules change.
Is CannaComply Pro really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan lets you run 1 audit per month with 1 user at no cost. No credit card required to sign up. You can upgrade to Professional or Enterprise at any time as your operation grows.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Select your state and license type, and CannaComply Pro automatically configures your compliance checklist. No setup fees, no onboarding calls required.
Can I use CannaComply Pro across multiple locations?
Yes. The Enterprise plan is designed for multi-location and multi-license operators. It includes unlimited users, unlimited audits, and a centralized dashboard so you can manage compliance across every location from one account.
What's included in the Professional plan?
The Professional plan ($39/mo) includes unlimited audits, unlimited history, 5 users, PDF export, and auditor notes. It's built for single-location operators who need full compliance functionality without team-level features.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
The Enterprise plan ($199/mo) includes everything in Professional plus unlimited users, full team features, and priority support. It's designed for multi-license operators managing compliance across multiple locations or states.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. If you downgrade, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Log in to your CannaComply Pro account and go to Account Settings to manage your plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. For Enterprise inquiries, email support@cannacomplypro.com.
Is my data secure?
Yes. CannaComply Pro uses industry-standard encryption to protect all your compliance records and documents. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
How does CannaComply Pro keep up with changing regulations?
Our compliance team monitors state regulatory updates continuously. When your state's cannabis regulations change, your audit checklists and compliance requirements are updated in the platform automatically.
