Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Software, provide requested services, maintain legitimate business records, and satisfy legal, payment-processing, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time. To request deletion, email CannaComply Pro and provide the account email address and business name, if applicable.

After account ownership is verified, deletion requests will be processed within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Certain records may be retained when required by law, payment-processing obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
